DELIVERY & SELF PICK-UP
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge is RM23-RM38 depending on the delivery location.

What delivery service do we use?
We currently use a mix of our inhouse delivery drivers and Lalamove/Grab.

Kindly Note : We only deliver within the Klang Valley.

 

What days of the week do we deliver?
We deliver Monday to Sunday.

Is Self Pick-up available? Where is it located?
Yes, you may collect your order at the pick-up location every day between 10am-7pm.

Pick-up location: 12, Lorong Chan Chin Mooi, Titiwangsa, 53200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Do you do same-day delivery available?
Yes, we do. Kindly contact us at +6016-222 0370, we will do our absolute best to fulfil your request.

Can I specify a delivery time?
You are able to choose your delivery time slot (10am to 1pm, 1pm to 4pm or 4pm to 6pm) upon checkout.  We will use our best efforts to deliver your order within the chosen time. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control eg. traffic, weather conditions, higher demand of drivers etc. Hence, we cannot promise a specific arrival time.  If you would like to have a specific delivery time, kindly contact us at +6016-2220370 we will do our best to meet your delivery requirements. Alternatively, you may arrange for self pickup (you can schedule your own Grab/Lalamove). 

PAYMENT
What payment options do you accept?
We are pleased to accept any of the following methods of payment for purchases made online at hwafloral.com:

o GrabPay

We also accept payments into Singaporean/Australian bank accounts. 

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Do you do custom floral arrangements?
Yes, we do. If you have specific colour schemes or floral arrangements in mind, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp at +6016-2220370 and discuss with our skilled designer. Simply let us know the arrangement details (E.g. flower type, occasion, colour scheme, budget etc) or send us some reference pictures, we will try to fulfil your request to our very best.

Can I include a message card with my order?

Yes, you can enter your card message by using the card message field after adding the product to your cart. Your message will be provided on a stylish A6 card and will be presented with your order.

How are the flowers presented to the recipient during delivery?

Your bouquets and floral boxes will be presented in our signature Hwa Floral carry bag, your card messages will be printed on a stylish A6 card and attached to the flowers for you.

How do I care for the flowers?
For Bouquets
Remove flowers from wrapper as soon as possible.
Cut flower stems by 2-3cm and place in fresh water.
Keep in cool and area and away from direct sun.
Refill water daily to ensure all stems are touching the water.
Change water after a few days or when water turns cloudy.
When changing water, re-cut flower stems before placing back in water.

For Foam base arrangements
Keep in cool area and away from direct sun.
Add water to foam daily to keep flowers hydrated.
 
For Foam-free arrangements
Keep in cool area and away from direct sun.
Refill water daily to ensure all stems are touching the water.
Change water after a few days or when water turns cloudy.
When changing water, re-cut flower stems by 2-3cm before placing back in water.
